Rip-and-ship is a service where we open trading card packs live on stream for you, showcasing the cards inside, and then ship them to your address. It’s an exciting way to connect with the community and see what you pull in real-time!
To participate, simply purchase packs from our website during a live stream. We will open your packs live, show the cards on stream, and carefully package and ship them to you.
Yes! In addition to our rip-and-ship service, we sell sealed packs and booster boxes for collectors who prefer to keep their cards unopened.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday orders may take 24-72 hours to process. Shipping times vary by carrier, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide photos of any damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement or refund.
Orders for sealed products can be canceled or returned under certain conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible to inquire.
Orders placed for live rip-and-ship services CANNOT be canceled or refunded once the pack has been opened.
