Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing times may range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on order volume and carrier availability.

  • Shipping times may vary due to factors like order volume, purchase timing, and carrier delays. Delivery is typically expected within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Live Rip-and-Ship Orders

  • For live-stream purchases, we carefully package and ship all items opened during the stream within the same 24-72 hour timeframe.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • For damaged packages, include photos to help us resolve the issue. If applicable, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
